SHIPPING & FAQ'S
Ground Control Coffee Roasters offer free standard domestic shipping on all online orders. Express shipping is available on all orders at a flat rate of $10.00 AUD. All orders are, by default, shipped with authority to leave without a signature. If you wish to sign for your delivery, please advise us in the ‘additional information’ field at checkout.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Items dispatched with free standard domestic shipping are sent via Road Express. Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEDT will be shipped the next business day. Estimated shipping time are:
Metro: 2–3 days
Rural: 3–5 days
Remote: 3–7 days
Items dispatched with express domestic shipping are sent via Star Track Priority Air Mail. Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEDT will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm AEDT will be shipped the next business day. Estimated shipping time are:
Metro: 1–2 days
Rural: 2–4 days
Remote: 3–5 days
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, couriers take responsibility for the delivery of the package. If you believe your package may have been lost in transit, please contact either Ground Control Coffee or the courier service directly, and supply them with your tracking information. In the event that your package has been declared lost, we will re-ship your original order or provide you with store credit to the value of that order. We understand that this is a frustrating and unfortunate scenario, and will maintain open channels of communication to help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Ground Control Coffee Roasters ship domestically (within Australia). Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping as standard. If you would like to purchase our coffee outside Australia, please send your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
We cannot currently deliver to PO boxes—our couriers require a physical address for delivery. You are required to confirm that you have entered a physical address at checkout. If you have entered a PO box, you will be contacted via email and your order will not be dispatched until a physical address has been received.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order has been dispatch from our warehouse, you will receive an automated confirmation email with shipping information for your items.
