250 small farms in the Santa Rosa region of southern Guatemala come together to produce the El Boquerón coffee. Naturally processed means the coffee cherry is left on as it dries, imparting many of its sweet, fruity, vibrant flavours onto the final coffee bean.
Available as a light roast, you can expect a funky (in a good way) cup with notes of sweet, fragrant blackberries and a lightly spiced cola finish.
