The combination of high mountains, volcanic soils and tropical climate make this a famous coffee-growing region within Colombia. El indio coffee comes from a collaborative production co-op that brings together coffee from 170 local farms and families.


We have kept this roast light to preserve the bright, zingy, fruit forward characteristics of the bean. You can expect a full flavoured coffee with notes of cherry ripe, orange and passionfruit
