PEDRO GABARRA - Yellow Catucai Aerobic Fermentation
The Gabarra family farm have been growing coffee for 6 generations. Along side being on their way to being 100% carbon neutral they are heavily involved in native bird rehabilitation and release aviaries called Wings.
This coffee will have you tasting notes of burnt butter, brown sugar and honeycomb. With a velvety mouth feel the acidity may remind you of summer stone fruits.
We have roasted this to be enjoyed as a black coffee. We recommend trying this via espresso or your favourite home brew extraction vessel!
